OMG!! Thank you for posting this. I just emailed this to everyone I know and asked that they do the same to those in their email address books. I'm sorry I in no way agree with the law that these people if you can honestly call them that have rights. There are times that the law and these offenders use technicalitites to get them off. I read in a story once about an offeneder who was previously arrested for child molestation haning out at a school with a camera. Apparently since he wasnt talking picture or talking to a child he wasnt breaking the law_ TRUE STORY! When it comes to these situations, I agree with the death penatly especially when children are involved because they have taken away an innocence that can never be restored! Once an offender you are always an offerender no medication or castration can cure them-
