I went to a pampered chef party, which by the way was GREAT, they have such great stuff, and she cooked this great apple crisp, so i thought i would pass it along..:
6-7 apples , peeled and cored. slice the apples into half moons. 1/2 to 3/4's package of yellow cake mix 1/2 stick butter cinnimon sugar
place the apples in a round baking dish or a round glass pyrex dish. then add the cake mix. melt the butter, then pour on the cake mix and apples, then add the cinnimon sugar to the top. cook it at 350 for 20-25 minutes. it was great, and if you use land o lakes light butter then this is really not a fatting dessert, unless you top it off with vanilla ice cream
Granny Smith apples are the best apples to use with this receipe

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! Sounds delish! Especially with the vanilla ice cream on top.
What is a Pampered Chef party? Is it like a Tupperware or Candle party?

Re: Great Receipe
yes, its like a tupperware party but wit all kinds of cookware...some of it is expensive but they do have some great gadgets.. and at the party the lady comes to your house and cooks things with all the stuff they sell...they only downside is that you have to wait 3 weeks for your stuff...visit their website, they have most of the products there..
