So lately I've been trying to eat a little healthier... I've been eating this greek yogurt in the morning called Chobani. It so sooo good! I highly recommend everyone try it!

they're super healthy, it takes a while to get used to the thick and creamy consitency, its also a little bitter so i put the honey in and mix it, they also have some with orange and strawberry jam on the side but i like the honey better. I buy them at a greek supermarket called Titan but i think they've have it pretty much everywhere now.

ooo yumm.. try fage.. the non fat version has 13 g of protein.. you can get it at any store.. it runs for about 2.50 per container and it's usually 1 serving per container.. but it is soo good..

well tzatziki which is the most popular is: strained yogurt, cucumbers, salt, garlic, olive oil, pepper dill and sometimes lemon juice and parsley

yeah its what they serve with souvlaki's and gyro's.

I have been eating the 0% fat free greek yogurt for 6+months. Its very good for you, alot of protein and no preservatives or additives (in plain). I do agree that it takes some time to get used it. It is almost like sour cream! I sometimes add granola or fruit to mine. Or I get the vanilla flavor in Oikos because that one is yummy. Otherwise I get Fage plain.

I love Fage. Usually get it in Stop & Shop, when they're not cleaned out, which isn't very often.

Most supermarkets have it - I've seen it at Stop 'n Shop, Fairway, Trader Joe's....You've probably seen the full fat version but they also have 0% and 2% versions that are SO GOOD!
