grrrrrrrrrrr...MIL drives me crazy...

Sometimes I can't take the things she does. Last night we went out to eat with my inlaws and some of DH's family that live out of state. After dinner mil practically invites herself and everyone else over our house (we're close by, unfortunately). But she said to dh's out of state family (aunt, and cousins) 'did you ever see Kevin and Kristin's house'. Now because they are out of state they haven't. She then proceeds to look at me and ask if we had plans. Then after she said out loud in front of the whole damn table..do you mind if we go over? She turns to dh's family and says would you like to see the house?' it was seriously the rudest thing I have ever seen. She practically invites herself over and then expects me to show my dh's family around our house (and it wasn't exactly clean at the time). I could scream when I think about it..she seriously doesn't think...sorry I needed to vent
Please tell me I'm not overeacting!
