GTG (PLEASE READ)

When you get to Papa Joe's you will notice two doors (from the parking lot). The door to the left (without the ramp) is where to go. Don't get there too early because you will not be able to come in! Sorry, have to finish setting up. Also, you MUST come through the proper door so you can sign in. If you do not sign in you will not be registered for the prizes! We have the room from 7 - 11 (hmm sounds lke a good name for a store). But, we can stay longer if need be. Thank You Papa Joe's! There is a coat room to the right as soon as you walk in. Stay tuned for any further updates!

Edited to ask: what happens if we get there after 7?? I'm coming from Astoria and you know the traffic on the LIE on a Friday.....

I don't know how you find the time to do all this...we are greatful tho' This sounds difficult, I am so happy I am coming with others to help me figure it out...sounds like a Road Rules Challenge

LIW - how early is too early?? I need to leave early enough that I don't get caught in too much rush hour traffic. But, I don't want to be locked out in the cold for 30 min either!
