Gyno/Female Question

I just realized that my next gyno appointment is next week....the same week I'll be getting my period. I tried to re-schedule but the next opening isn't for months.

So, do I skip my period depite taking Seasonique??? That would mean my last period would have been December and I wouldn't have my next until like June now.....

Do I stop taking active pills today (before my week of inactive), hope to get my period this weekend and start a new pack Sunday and hope to be done by my appointment Thursday?

I know this is way, way too much TMI but the Dr's office said to reschedule. They won't give me advice on the above options like you gals will!

Tell them you need a refill then and will reschedule!

I have the refill already and can last until the next appointment in May...I just hate not going every 6 months due to genetic womanly issues!!!

Argh!

if you think your period will come and go by that date then stop taking them now....

or if you are not sure i would continue taking active pills for the next week or so and then stop for the week and get your period.....

i wouldnt take the whole pack of seasonique and go that long without your period but an extra week or 2 should be fine

They said you can't go if you have your period bc they can't do tests/pap/etc.

I ended up rescheduling for May. Oh well.

Dammit! I have not been to a doctor in a year and a half and had to find a new doctor, so now I will wait until a couple days before, maybe it will be over?
