Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. DH & I weren't feeling too good so we decided not to go to his sister's yesterday and stayed home. It turned out to be the best Christmas we ever had. We opened our gifts nice & leisurely, had a nice breakfast, had cheesecake, took a nap, had some nice lovin', played Guitar Hero III (which is awesome). We had such a nice day. Feel bad we didn't see his family but we'll see his Mom over the weekend and we rescheduled to go to his sister's on the 6th (that's who we had for Kris Kringle). And the rest of his family we see pretty often anyway.

Hey Helen@ Gla you had a wonderful xmas-we had a guita hero III one too lol. I got it from my sister-in-law and they got it for me. SOO much fun. I SUCK but fun.
It was the best actually when ym sis-in-law opened hers. She is usually very quiet and reserved aroudn us but when she opened guitar hero II and Pete's sis opened the karoke psp game with the two microphones, she wigged out liek a kid lol. LIT UP and was screamign with glee because she really wanted it and we played all night and had a ball. It was really nice to see that kind of childlike WOO HOO that we seem to lose as the years go by.
Deffeintly a great xmas!

hey Helen!! sorry you weren't feeling too great!! but that's awesome that you guys had some nice alone time!!! we were supposed to head over to Mike's brother's house and my sister's, but I got up late b/c I OD'd on Nyquil the night before so we only made it to my sisters house.....I felt so bad, but what are ya gonna do? when you're feeling crappy it's better to just get some rest! hope you guys feel better soon!!!

Hope you and DH are feeling better.
DH and I planned on having Christmas just the two of us. We also did the same for Thanksgiving. Some of our relatives cause too much of this and this so we said we wanted to celebrate our 1st holidays solo . Aside from getting married it was the two best decisions we made this year
