Can you believe I have no ideas of a gift for him? Actually we are not doing anything this weekend. Everything has been so crazy lately with the pregnancy and Derek has been having alot of headaches with trying to get his mother`s house sold, it`s been very complicated and it`s supposed to close this weekend (although now it seems like it will be delayed afterall). We are going to Saratoga next weekend, which is a free trip for firefighters. It sounds like it`s going to be awesome, everything is free, Amtrak tix, B&B, meals, spa, entertainment...so that will be our anniversary getaway. We are having dinner with my family on Sunday for Patty`s day so I`m sure we will have a cake. I have to say that this past year has had some great stuff (wedding, pregnancy) and some bad stuff (9/11, all the funerals, my MIL`s condition), it's been the best year of my life being married to him. I really do love him more everyday. Thanks again for the well wishes. It means alot.

Wow, the year did go fast - I can remember when you posted about your wedding - it went by so fast...
anyway, I went to Saratoga too - you will have a great time -
I forgot to bring the family something from FDNY (whcih I can tell they wanted) we have sent it since - anyway have a great time!

...at least on the anniversary part :o) (Not pushing the motherhood on you) You`ve had yourself a busy first year too with the house purchase. Yes, it will be an exciting year coming up. What are we going to do to top it in year 3? LOL!! Hopefully just enjoy what we have.

LOL!! My husband is the middle child of Irish triplets so maybe I shouldn`t laugh.

I am feeling good, alot of food aversions, some queasiness, minimal morning sickness but mainly tired, although it seems to be getting better... hopefully! I still have quite awhile to go.

You have a cruise planned for your anniversary don't you? Are you excited yet?

I feel like I am always tired now--cant imagine being pregnant!!!
Yes we are going on a cruise-- we leave May 1st-- I cant wait-- after a 2 week honeymoon I feel the need to always take long vacations!!! we will be gone until the 12th-- we def got spoiled--
