THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! Wow, I CANNOT believe it's been a year already! What an amazing wonderful year it's been -- good times and bad and the bond is even stronger now then before!

We had a wonderful weekend -- I cooked dinner on Sat for our families (how crazy am I????? ) -- this after putting my china closet back until 2 in the morning (the same china closet that is not 'fixable' ). Anyway, I made a bizzillion pounds of lasagna that was only 1/4 eaten, so we'll be eating this for the next 2 weeks, anybody want some???

Yesterday, after Joe watched his beloved Cowboys lose yet again (sorry to tell you honey, but they suck) and I got my haircut and nails done, we went out to eat. We had a really nice time and then we came home to eat our cake top -- HOW GROSS WAS THAT????? We had a bite each and in the garbage that went!

As for what I got him -- we decided that we're going away and that's our gift to each other, but he got me roses and balloons and I got him 2 SPONGEBOB DVDs!!!!!!! Yup, I have a big kid! And how happy he was!!!

Thanks again for all the wonderful wishes!!! Joe said that the 'honeymoon is over', but I told him 'OH NO IT'S NOT', we might not be newlyweds, but the honeymoon can continue for as long as we let it!!! LOL

My DH is a big baby too. Its great to have a hubby thats still a kid at heart ! My brothers were/are always the types that would say 'video games ? board games ? come on, lets do something else' and here goes my DH and my sisters DH and their friends, that can play videogames, wrestle eachother on the floor, recite simpsons episodes word for word and spend hours in toysrus FOR THEMSELVES ! HAH... gotta love em !

Isn't it wonderful to know that boys will be boys and never outgrow their 'toys'???? I'm telling ya, when I have kids they'll be crying because daddy won't let them play with their toys!! Your's will be doing the same!!!! LOL

Now i wanna make Lasagna...yummm. My sis made it this morning for my moms 'come home' diinner - Nonna's back ! So youre not the only one in Astoria eating lasagna for dinner ! LOL. I should have told her to come get some of your leftovers ! LMAO !
I hate when im not at my family dinners, we grew up in a big loud full house and when im out here with DH and not there, where I cant hear myself think, i kinda miss it ! (sounds crazy, i know!!)
But theres no way im chancing this baby being born at Astoria General Hospital !! LOL I Was born there and that was the last year they delivered babies (DH Says 'ya wonder why' to that, how rude!! )
