Has anybody else been eating like a pig since the wedding has been over?

I starved myself the months before the wedding to be able to fit into my dress. And now that the wedding is over I feel like I can't get enough food and I don't even care how much I am eating. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders (but will probably land somehwere else )

I gave myself until Jan 6th (a day after my b-day) to eat bad and then I will watch what I am eating.

Is anyone else going through this or did?

me!!!! and i thought i was the only one!! I dont know what it is..I guess knowing that i dont have a dress that i need to fit into...this better stop though!!

Me too! I have gained so much weight since the wedding. All my clothes are getting tight. I have just given up on caring what I eat and it is not a good thing.

Me too! I haven't been to the gym once since the wedding! My DH even went on the HM (he is insane with working out), but I just can't get back into the routine!

I feel that I have not made as healthy choices when it comes to eating since the wedding. I totally know how you all feel. I have also been very bad about going back to the gym.

It is really common to eat more and gain weight after the wedding. I am still trying to lose ten of the 15 pounds I gained after getting married! YIKES

YES me I love to eat junk!!!!!!! I know that's bad

i think it's farily common....at least that's what i tell myself every morning when i get dressed and my clothes are a lot more snug than they used to be!

I'm definitely enjoying a lot of bad foods. At first it was just until the honeymoon was over, but now I'm like 'well, just until Thanksgiving is over' then I know it will be just until Christmas is over.

I'm going to gain back the 30 lbs I lost for the wedding in no time. I have to get disciplined again!!

I ate like a pig before AND after the wedding. I am skinny... but I probally have the worst clogged arteries

He!! YEAH did I ever make up for all my pre-wedding dieting & exercising after we were married!

Let's just say this: when I got back from our 10-day honeymoon cruise, I was nearly 11 pounds heavier than I was on my wedding day Sick, huh? In the months that followed, I yo-yo'd up a few and down a few, but I'm still pretty much at that +11 mark (thank goodness I didn't gain more than that!)

The past few weeks I finally got back on track to try and lose what I gained. My motivation is that I actually have to squeeze back into my wedding dress by the WOTY (Jan 15) And I know that with the holidays coming if I'm not diligent with my diet NOW, I will pack on even more and lose ALL control

YEP! Gained 10+ pounds on the HM and haven't lost any.
I rejoined WW in the hopes of not gaining over the holidays then I will worry about losing.
The bad part is that I went into my wedding still needing to lose a lot more weight than I had.

Ugh... I hate all the weight I have gained since the wedding. I felt so good even though I could have lost more.
We went on the HM and it has been one big party ever since. I joined WW to get back on trach and to avoid the 'Hoilday pounds' Over all I have gained a disgusting 16 pounds back I HAVE TO STOP before I blow up.

I lost about 17 pounds from January till my wedding and I've put back about 5 or so since then. I'm hoping it doesn't get even worse over the holidays.

Yes, I have been totally CHOWING to the point where I'm sick of it. I need to get back into a healthy regimen again. I haven't been on my honeymoon yet (we leave Dec. 26) so that's good motivation- I got this great dress on clearance at Ann Taylor Loft that must fit by then!

Me too.

I am now trying to cut down on the size of my meals. Then once my stomache gets used to less food during the day, I will start WW again.

I remember doing WW before the wedding for 2 weeks straight doing exactly the points per day without using my flex points I swear I lost 15 or was it 20lbs!!!

I def. feel like I have been, but fortunately, I don't think I've gained anything yet...
I need to get my BUTT to the GYM!!

I PIGGED OUT after the wedding. I did gain a few pounds but then when i stopped the pigging out I leveled off to my normal weight.

SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. I GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT AND I TOTALLY HATE MYSELF FOR IT. I USE TO DO KICKBOXING AND I HAVENT GONE SINCE IVE BEEN MARRIED. IM HAULING MY *** BACK TO WORKING OUT AGAIN AFTER THANKSGIVING!!
