has anyone else had problems with Pictage?

My photos on Pictage are inaccessible. After fixing the problem last week, it's no longer working. (It worked for a day) Pictage now tells me it's out of their hands and there is nothing they can do. When I explained that they fixed it last week, it worked fine, and now it's not working again, the customer service rep YELLED at me - as in raised his voice.

I've contacted my photographer who I'm sure will fix the problem, but I was just curious to know if anyone else had this problem with Pictage.
