Yellowstone National Park or Mount Rushmore?

DH and I are planning a summer road trip out there (we live in Kansas right now, so it's only about 12 hours to Mt. Rushmore from here) and I was just wondering if anyone had any advice, suggestions on places to stay/eat, etc. Any info will help! We're just in the planning stages so we havent booked anything yet, but I'm excited because we only got to take a 3 day honeymoon so it will be our first big vacation together..
