I really want to do one of these for my birthday but I have no idea who does them or how good they are. I did a google search for companies in long island that do them but a lot of them require you to supply the venue/home/restaurant. I'd rather go to their place and do it. Does anyone have any info?

We went to Murdered by the Mob for my bachelorette party. Its in the city, near times square. It was pretty good.

You can throw them in your own home. Bepuzzled makes kits - includes the invitations, playbooks, costume suggestions, everything - for like $40.
I used to throw one a year - there are so many fun ones!

oh man, I've always wanted to go to one of those!! We've done a couple of our own. Like you buy everything and it comes with characters, scripts, etc, etc. And then I also got fun scenery stuff and cotumes. It was soooooo much fun! But I'd love to do one of those 'real' ones!! I'm just not sure where they do it. I heard Montauk Manner used to do them.

I did one once it was fun, the Cooperidge Inn always done them, I've never been to one there but I hear it's good
