Has anyone ever stayed at the Aruba Grand in Aruba? I have been to Aruba before and my husband and I are making a return trip in December. We have booked the Aruba Grand and are just looking for any information (good or bad) that someone can share with us.
in my honest opinion.. it was VERY old...
it was not a nice as the other high rise casinos

I know they recently updated it, but not sure how long ago. do you have any other recomendations. Unfortunatly the marriot, raddison, hyatt are all sold out for the week we want to go. I don`t mind not having the big commercialisim of the larger hotels. Any info would be helpful.
Yes we have searched many of those. All the trip reports have their good and bad sides. I don't mind a smaller hotel but i don't want one that is really horrible. Any suggestions?

What about the Wyndam?
I'm a bride-to-be, and I called Liberty travel yesterday and they recommended the Wyndham in Aruba. Sorry, I don't have any other info, cause I want to stay at the Marriott, but it sounds nice.
