I was just curious. I wanted to try this. Is it a waist of money or does it work? Has anyone tried this or lost any weight? TIA!

I havent tried it, but i honestly think with any of those things, you starve and eat more later. and even if thats not the case, you cant do it forever and as soon as you start eating normal, bam here comes the weight back!
I would recommend something more balanced- weight watchers is good and you can do it online if you dont want to go to meetings.
