Are those the things that look like little half n half cups that you get at a diner? I saw a commercial for those and was wondering about them too.

They r supposed to curb your appetite and they do not work and taste like crap! I got a free sample of them and yuck - no good, seriously save your money. A healthy diet is the best way to go sometimes! Lol!
