Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

Well, have you?

I've def been eating more than i used to before the wedding ... but i'm only a couple of pounds heavier than i was at the wedding, and still working out (though i did take a 2 week hiatus at one point).

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

I definitely did. I have been eating like a teenage boy lately.

ETA: I also think age has played a role in this too. I'm not in my 20's anymore

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

I took a 2-3 week break from working out after the wedding and I definitely was feeling sluggish and kinda sloppy but I was so beat that I just wanted to focus on resting up.

My husband and I started p90x 7 days ago so we have 83 days left....I have mixed feelings about this haha!

But in all honestly, one week back on the p90 and I feel toned and worked....thing is, I eat like a dude when I work out this much! We only have healthy food in the house so its not like I'm eating junk...which I totally would be eating if we had it.

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

I gained a few pounds but I wouldn't say I let myself go! I've been strictly following WW and going to the gym for awhile now.

I was also at my absolute lowest weight on the day of the wedding and I worked really hard to get there. While I might not get to that weight again, as long as I'm in a similiar range I don't care.

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

I am back to my pre-wedding diet self. I actually said yesterday that I want to go on a pre-wedding diet again. I actually might have to b/c I will not be able to fit in my dress for TTD in March.

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

I lost 25lbs before the wedding and gained 10 of it back... I've lost 5 since then and I'm just trying to maintain at this point. I don't see myself getting any thinner since I hate working out.

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

Since the wedding I've gained 10 pds, I was at my lowest weight ever for the wedding so I didn't really see myself being able to maintain that. I'm still under my ww goal, so I'm still ok with where I'm at

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

I gained 6 lbs since the wedding but I lost 6lbs the week of the wedding, I am at my normal weight not. . . but I have not worked out as much at I was before the wedding. I wouldn't say that I let my self go, but I have to get back to working out - I am getting married again next month!

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

I've actually lost 4 lbs since the wedding for some strange reason. Probably bc I cook more instead of insisting on going out to dinner or ordering in.

BUT I've def let myself go in other ways. I dont get my nails done as much and my eyebrows I'm always 'eh I can go another week'. And shaving, forget about it LOL! I shave don't get me wrong and I'm not that hairy to begin with but I'll just always postpone it until I have to!

Re: Have you 'let yourself go' since the wedding?

I'm the same weight as I was on the wedding day.
I haven't been exercising as much as I want though. I used to do speed walking every day, but now it is too cold for that. I hate not exercising at all ! I think I need to join the gym.
