Hi everyone! For those of you who might remember me... I'm back!: ) For those who don't, I'm Jenn, married 7/6/01 at Flowerfield, and I haven't been here in MONTHS because I had no hook up for my cable modem at my new house.
I've missed the chatty friendliness of this place. I hope it's been nothing but good news!!

How`s everything going with the house? Are you all settled in yet? Any wild stories? When we first moved in, about a week later we found water leaking into the basement through the electrical panel during a heavy rain storm. Turned into a major project when we decided to go ahead and up the ampage on the house since the previous owners refused to do it despite our engineer`s recommendation that it be done. Many people I know unfortunately have some little set back right after moving in .. I hope you`re one of the lucky few who made a clean transition!

We are slowly but surely settling in. September 11th threw us into a tizzy... Patrick is an NYPD sergeant, so he was working 12 hours, 7 days a week for months and nothing got done. I was all alone all the time and felt like the world's only single newlywed!
Now we are renovating like crazy, and this house finally feels like 'home'!
I got a puppy in September, so now I'm Arnold the toy poodle's 'mom'. : )
I've been to Enchante twice already! It is so convenient (2 minutes from my house), and of course Kristen is a doll! She gave me the most amazing color ~ highlights and lowlights in varying shades of blonde and red. I love it!

While I`m sorry to hear that Patrick was so close to the WTC disaster, I`m glad to hear your life has gotten back on track.
Congrats on the puppy! I would love to get a Pug and a Boston Terrier .. those dogs are just too cute, but I really don`t think my cat would have it. Our house is really his house, and I really don`t think he likes other animals, at all. And forget it .. if our attention was to be divided onto something other than him, I don`t know what might happen. He`s very possesive. He even gets mad at us when we try to leave for work! Anyway, I don`t really think we have the time that a dog`s needs. :(
There`s nothing really new on my end. We`re still waiting on our wedding video. We had been under the impression we would have had it weeks ago. As for our album, I`m trying to figure out when we might possibly be able to find three hours (during our studio`s business hours) to sit and put it all together. Does it really take that long???
Youhaven't gotten your video yet?? You must be dying of anticipation! I checked the mail every single day ~ I just couldn't wait! I can't wait till you get yours. It was so emotional for me to relive the day. I hope your experience is just as special.
As for your album, mine took 2 hours to put together, and I could definitely see 3 hours as being realistic. Try to find the time soon though. I can't wait to hear your raves when you get your completed album back. I must have looked at mine 300 times in the first week that I had it!
Dont feel bad, I got married in August, and we still havent put our album together. I picked out about 70 proofs, and now have to narrow it down to 43. We have just been so busy with redoing our house. Things just come up.

Things are great on our end too. Jay and I are just working on our house. There is always a project. We FINALLY finished our kitchen, and dining room set came in YEAH!!!!!

We are up to our necks working on our house too! You got a dining room set? Lucky! That's next on our list, along with hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms. We are just finishing up our computer room, FINALLY! Our new refrigerater comes tomorrow, and I can't wait. The one we have new is probably older than me! : )
