hello ladies

Hello Ladies:

I don’t post much, and didn’t post much either during wedding planning because I’m too shy and quiet (In person, I am like that too until I get to know somebody well, and I loosen up) I just thought that since you girls have so much fun maybe could help me cheer up. I am very stressed having a horrible time at work, and trying to adjust to married life as well. My DH is great and I have a daughter who is also great, she behaves well and always makes the honor roll in class. However, I am always feeling stressed and a little down. I used to live in the city, now I live in LI and I don’t even have a driver’s license so I depend on DH for anything I have to do, so sometimes is a little tough for both. I really don’t have good enough reasons to feeling the way I feel as in general everything else is pretty good, but I don’t really have any friends and sometimes I feel that I could use some, so I’m looking forward to try to come here more so that I can join the fun.

Hey, I remember you! I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time. It's very easy to feel lonely when you don't have friends to talk to outside of your relationship. And relying on your DH for everything can make things so hard. Have you considered taking driving lessons so that you can get your license and be a bit more independent? I think that would definitely help a lot with your self confidence.

And of course, there's a whole community of women here to talk to - just jump into any post! And share your experiences and feelings too - we're all here to help each other!

HI Yesenia - OMG I did take driving lessons and was doing ok, but I took my road test this past February and I could have not done any worse, so I got discouraged and was taking a break from it but I am hoping to go back soon now that the weather is getting better

I agree! i am in the same boata dn it caused alot of resentment so we scorunged up the pennies and i am tking elssons and alreasdy i feel soo much more free.

hi vivi! awww don't worry we all feel down in the dumps sometimes for no apparent reason...maybe the weather is making you feel gloomy too...either way you can always count on us to give you a few to make you feel better!!
