What kind of weddnig are you looking to have?
Oheka and Russos are nothing alike - so eliminating places that dont fit with your 'vision' of what your wedding should be like will make it easier for you.
Where do you live? How many guests are you planning on? What time of day?

I know the places are different, but the problem is we want the place to be beautiful and the food to be good and abundant, not pretty displays with little food. We want an evening wedding and something elegant also.

The only place I've been to on your list is Russo's, which was excellent. Very pretty place, with great food and excellent service. I've been to a few weddings there so I know they are consistent. But I have seen pics of Oheka and Carlyle and they are both stunning. Very $$$$. But if that isn't an issue, I would look at those 2 first and work from there. Good luck!

There is a lot of food at Russos so if that is your primary priority, you will have no trouble there. As for being pretty - thats a matter of taste...its not my style but you should see it for yourself to decide on that. It is quite expensive from what I understand and you need to gaurantee a large # of guests for a weekend evening.

I know you would get what you describe at either the Carlyle or Oheka. I don't know any of the other two personally so I couldn't comment on them either way!
