help get me off this computer !!!

this place just drags me in. I have so much to do & everytime i pass the computer I think, let me just go on for 5 minutes to see whats going on. An hour later, after checking the newlyweds, 07, & brides helping brides I I'm still here
It's so bad. It's just so much more fun then oing laundry & changing kitty litter
