ok so we lost our marriage certificate and it comes at a really bad time becasue we need to file our taxes as joint... we need it ASAP. I looked EVERYWHERE, I turned a one bedroom appartment upside down!!
How do I go about getting another one? Where? TIA

Where did you get the certificate? Can you go back to that office and have them give you a new copy?
Do you think maybe one of your parents has it? Im sure you have it somewhere, think back and maybe you'll be able to trace it back?
Also, if you got married in the church, maybe they have the signed copy???

I say call the office where you got it and see if you can pick up a copy. Otherwise I'm sure there is a rush option if you have to order one.
