help me out here ladies...

hello darlings.

SO you know i had a baby almost 7 months ago, and i'm starting to get a little down on myself. work SUCKS and i just feel so overwhelmed, i don't have the motivation to work out, even though i want to feel better about myself.

when you get in a 'funk' how do you get out of it!?!?!?

DH and i were talking and its starting to affect him too which blows. HELP HELP!!!!

Something that I realize is that beating myself up never helps. It just makes me feel worse. I know you were feeling down about not getting to spend time with the baby, what about walking with her and DH? Or do you have a jogging stroller? Is there a type of exercise you both enjoy and can do together? I tmight make you more likely to do it an enjoy it if you have ap artner!

Awww dont be sad!!! i know its hard going to work everyday when you would rathre be with that gorgeous peanut of yours!! im prob the worst person to ask about getting motivation cuz ive had zero since my wedding!!!

but you just gotta realize how super lucky you are to have an amazing little girl like you do! a wonderful husband and im sure great freinds and family to be there for you! once you start thinking positive i think it will help you get your motivation back!

love you mama!!!!

that's an awesome idea!!! why don't you and dh go running together with a stroller?? that way you can all be together and still work out!

im no expert at working out...hell i need someone to come take out my fridge..

but maybe to get u out of the fun turn it into a date night..take you and the baby and the hubby out for nightly walks..talk about the wedding, funny pregancy stories etc etc

also a great workout but its totally fun is just dance game for the wii..i swear u willbe tird after dancing to some of these songs

imo..the best way to wrok out is with a friend/spouse/relative etc..u forget u r walking/running whatever cause u will be talking

thanks girls. you are all wonderful. we were talking about going for walks at night so we 'll see if that happens. DH has been working at night and with everything that i have been doing for work and my sister and best friends wedding its just pure insanity.

thanks for the help. i am hoping to bounce myself back asap. i have to try my dress for my best friends wedding tonight. i ordered it when maddy was just about 2 months old and i ordered a size smaller than what i measured. hopefully its huge and i won't go off the deep end!

i love the workout on demand channel forcing myself to wake up 20 min before alarm and just doing a quick 15min- 20 min workout comes a long way
