Help me pick my baby shower location w/ poll

I have to pick between Baci Cafe, Shandon Court, Hidden Oak Cafe, The Beach Tree. Here is some info.

Baci Cafe- doesn't have private room stays open during private parties. $20 or $23pp have to bring own cake, no cutting fee.

Shandon Court- No cons. $26pp includes all in dining room closed to public.

Hidden Oak Cafe- Small room only holds 24 ppl max we wanted to invite 28. Could be a PIA with inviting,rsvp, etc.. $21.95pp have to bring own cake no cutting fee. Provides dessert just not cake

The Beach Tree- Only guarantee the upstairs for 35ppl or more, less may have to share the room. Not sure how that will work out. $24.95 pp have to pay extra for dessert or pay cake cutting fee to bring own cake.

Any input you have on any of these would be great. I have only been to the beach tree, and baci.

I know the owners of the Beachtree, I love the owners of Beachtree (who own Tellers, Prime, H20 and a new Italian place. Its on the corner of my parents area, drove by it every day of my life, still do. But honestly lately the food has gotten worse and worse and I HATE the upstairs room, i feel like they forget about you up there. If you have 28 you will probably either have it to yourself or they will put restaurant overflow up there. Doubt they would book a smaller party. There is rarely restaurant overflow except maybe during earlybird special. It has a loud and lively bar crowd. Just an FYI we used to eat there once a week and I haven't gone in a few months because I couldn't eat it anymore.

I know the owners of Shandon Court too and at first the food was terrible (sad to say back when my friend was the chef) but he left and its getting better by the day. They have a great room for events. My Sweet 16 was there back when it was Barringtons, I love the room and its a fun place. (Edited because I realized you said in dining room - I would imagine though the bar would be open, but I doubt it would be busy during the time of your baby shower. Its next to the dining room but it is separated but it can get really crazy in that bar.) But I don't think it would be an issue.

But I voted for Hidden Oak, there is something really cute and different about that place and its such a cute place for a shower. But I know it doesn't hold enough people. When is it, can you utilize the outside? Its gorgeous outside there in the spring.
