help my newbie friend please!

my good friend was recently engaged and is a newbie on LIW. she's supposed to be signing a contract w/Lombardi's on the Sound tomorrow, but from what she's been telling me about her dealings w/the BM there already, they're kind of blowing her off, not open for ANY kind of negotiations, and giving her an overall difficult time. Personally, I feel its a mistake for her to book them bc if they're this difficult NOW, imagine how they'll be once they have her money in their pocket! Does anyone have any suggestions of a nice hall, she wants something near the water, but with a beautiful indoors in case of rain? She's planning a late August wedding. She already looked at Venetian and Lands End but didn't like the indoors of either. I'm drawing a blank. I know if we put our heads together we can find her the perfect place!!! Thanks!
