I am looking for opinions on Karen Marie (does anyone know how expensive she is??) in Sayville, or Alex Roma photographers, or Ray O'Connor??

I did already do the photographer thing, but I am looking for a great candid photographer that can take some shots of me, my wonderful hubby and our darling little boy. I also want some infant shots of Paul before he gets too big! Sooo, that's the reason for my question. Thanks!

Okay, I'm now considering BTC Photography (found them on this site) b/c of these pics:
I think like you did for your wedding pictures, you should see who have worked with children before. I know my photographer has, she has some really nice baby pictures on her site and that is only a fraction of what she has. You should give her a call and see what their rates are like.
Hurry up and get those pictures, they do grow fast. He is indeed adorable. I would have never thought he was so big. I thought you just had him

A GF of mine had this photographer out in Atlanta take some preggo shots of her, the photographer has some great pix on her site, here are some I thought you might like, or give you an idea of styles. I know I will definitely want some preggo pictures when the time comes.
Claudine, I just wanted to pipe in, when I visited Imagine Studios, I saw some of their baby pics that Shamma's referring to, they were the best Candid shots of babies I think I had ever seen, I say they are definitley worth checking out !!!

I can understand you wanting to get some professional pics because they can be so creative and beautiful. But with a face like his, it find it hard to believe that you will ever get a bad amateur shot of your little guy!

Ill just add another vote to call Imagine. Lia got the most precious pictures of my 3 flower girls. One of my niece, age 3 at the time is just stunning.
OHH and I have to kiss those beautiful cheeks your little one has

Shamma - THANK YOU for sharing those incredible pics! I am taking them with me to every studio that I visit! I love the denim overalls, the tub w/rubber duckie and the fishing pole shots! OMG - I want to go to Atlanta!!!

As for photographers, there is a fantastic one in St james who specializes in artistic-styled children's photography. Her name is Caren May, and I know lots of people of have brought their children there and LOVE her. She doesn't have a website , but here's her contact info, just in case you want to give her a call.

That little guy is the cutest ever- but then again I am biased since I got to play with him when he was only a few weeks old
Not a huge fan of Ray O'Connor. I met with him for the wedding. Nice guy, but a tad overpriced and not as creative as I wanted. JMO.
I LOVE the pregnancy shots and the little overalls! OMG Claud!!! Most of you don't know this buy Claud's husband is a great photographer! Claud you should post that beautiful shot that Jeff took of the baby's foot in his hand- brings tears to my eyes just thinking about that one.
