Help! Thank you cards!

Cassarino does not provide the standard thank you cards. (The thin one you put your picture in).

I have looked in Hallmark and stationary stores and can't find them. Can someone please tell me where else to look?

since when do they not provide them? that is ridiculous-- we didn't use them but if i would have known that they were going to become stingy I would have taken them anyway--

I honestly don't like those cards...we had tys to match our invites...but you could get informals made (your first names on the front of the card) and then just stick the picture in

Honestly I am a little annoyed with Cassarino. Because they give you the impression they do provide it. If I had known they didn't then I would have invested the money in getting the nice ones with your picture already matted on the card.

Irenie, I was a bit surprised when Cassarino told me that too, but I made a fuss about it and they ended up giving me a box (granted, there weren't enough in there and I had to borrow the rest of my sister's). I don't know why they wouldn't provide them, that is the stupidest thing considering you now have a picture with nothing to put it in!

They told me to try Hallmark, but I had no luck. I hope you are able to find something!!!

I was quite annoyed with Cassarino on this also - I had to buy a box of 100, then I needed 10 more and they told me I needed to buy another whole box of 100 of them! After we spent so much on photos AND video from them, this really made me angry.

I pre-ordered my thank you cards to match my invitations. Cassarino has become very stingy. I loved my pictures but have several complaints about their service.

I looked on the internet & on previous posts & didn't find anything. I like the idea of the informal TY ....

Rexcraft has some nice ones which are inexpensive. or you could order the ones that match your invite, then just put your photo inside. I've gotten TY's that way & it looked very nice.

These are cute, for 100 personalized, it's $85. I have to remember to ask my photographer if mine are included, if not, there goes another $100 out the window.

Does anyone know how much they charge for the photo thank you cards? You know, the ones that have your picture printed on the front?

This ****es me off so much, another thing to add to the list of reasons why I regret booking them.

Do you happen to have a photo that one of your guests took that you like? If you take one of those photos and use it for the thank you cards, you can have them printed at www.shutterfly.com or www.cardstore.com for about $1 each. I think Kinkos does this as well and it might even be less than that.

I know photographers charge anywhere from $2-5 for these things and IMO, they are not as nice as the ones you can have printed on your own. Especially since you cant do any fun designs or collages.

I think Cassarino charges something around $3.50 each for the Thank You card with the picture on it.

I'm sorry. They take really good pictures...but I didn't know to ask this beforehand. Now I'm late with my thank you cards and on top of this they don't provide them. It is very frustrating.

Stef I like your idea...I'm going to have to make sure at least one person with a good camera takes some quality shots at the wedding.

I can't believe I feel like this 6 weeks before my wedding. Irenie..I know they take great pics, and please don't think you were the reason I feel this way, it's mounting little things!

Sometimes a vendor needs a class to re-teach the art of customer service!

Update: I just called Cassarino and now they say they DO provide them. $50 for a box of 100.

Irene - do not pay Cassarino $50 for thank you cards - that is ridiculous! Those photo holders do not cost them a dime, and it is flat out wrong for them to charge you for them when you just shelled out big bucks for your wedding photos. Shame on Cassarino!
Truthfully, I would use one of the other options that the other ladies posted, b/c they will come out so much better anyway and your money will be better spent on something you love instead of plain, non-descript photo holder card. JMO. Good luck!

I agree and that's why they gave me mine for free! I was NOT paying that and they never told me when I booked them! Plus, my sister used them 5 years before me and my friend 3 years before me, and they both got their TY's for free!!!!
