Our baby puppy who is due to arrrive on 12-21. She is a 8 week old German Sheperd. Rob wanted a Lab at first, but I prefer a dog with more protective type qualities. The puppy is actually my wedding present to him. We need help naming her. Any ideas or suggestions? I have two siamese cats, Frankie and Arielle. So those names are out of the question. We are considering Lola, or Haley.

I like both names but would go with Lola - for some reason it seems easier to say.

rudolph!! rudy for short! (or another reindeer name!)---i would lean towards something christmassy--or something special b/w you and you husband since it's a wedding gift! how about sebastian (sp?)--arielle & sebastian (little mermaid!)---let us know what you pick!!:)

out of your names, i like Haley but out of the other suggestions, I like Rudolph, RUDY for short!! I think that is sooooo adorable, especially since he is a christmas puppy!!

Haley and Lola are cute-the funny thing is I know people with those names, so I personally couldn't name a dog that
It's a girl pup, right?
Do you want to name her something Christmas-y? Holly or Noel or Star are cute names.
Would you rather name her something wedding related? How about Destiny? My co-worker's dog is Teemo ('te amo' kind of slurred together).

I like Lola too - but it's one of our REAL baby names that we have selected!
My mom's dog is a shepherd - Misha. It means 'little bear' in Russian!

My dad had a HUGE german shepard growing up--his name was OTTO! LOL my mom still claims to this day that it hated her and that it was evil! HA
OK JUST REALIZED the puppy is a girl--scratch the OTTO name--sorry!! LOL
