Metal steamer baskets are super cheap! You should pick one up.It's not like it's something you would never use again... And that beer one sounds super tasty

Anyone know where to get a steamer basket in NYC? Does size matter...teehhee.....No really does the size of the steamer basket matter with the pan size?

Try William Sonoma (sp?) or Crate and Barrel. Bed Bath and Beyond would most likely have them as well.

ETA: Not sure about size mattering though..well..then again..
