Here we go again...

Ok here is another installment of my ongoing saga! I just want some opinions on this one. I know most of you know about my last thread on this chat with my husband's friend /my baby's godfather and his fiance.

We have another friend who is getting married in April. Both me and my husband and his friend and fiance are invited. My husband is in the wedding party. His friend is not. I was speaking to the 'april bride' and I just casually asked her about the seating arrangements. If there was going to be a dais or where the bridal party and their dates would sit. She was curious but told me she would seat us where ever I wanted. I did not say anything about what had happened with the whole previous situation.

So this is my question...is it rude of me to ask her where we would be sitting? or if we could sit at a certain table? I know how stressful it can be planning a wedding and she is a really nice person. I would not want to increase her stress level any though she assured me that it was no problem.

you can ask...

but as u mentioned, this is a stressful time fo rthe bride..so tread lightly.
And hopefully your timing works, and it is b4 she has set up anything.

I had fam members ask how it would be set up and the best solution to fueding kids vs parents was to have all the cousins sit at one table...I rather have some unconventiinal seating than have unhappy people at the wedding...

maybe the April bride will feel the same..

i would think if your husband is in the wedding--that she would seat you at a table with the other dates of the other men in the wedding. ask her if she could do that sinceyour be sitting alone why not sit with the other girls/guys alone???

i don't know if you want to bring up the whole situation....but if you do end up at the same table...how much time do you really spend at the table?? like you mentioned you may not want to stress her out about the seating....

i still think you need to put this little lady in her place.....look you are now all worried and concerned about her once again when you did nothing wrong- she did!!!

good luck--and i am sure it will be fine!!

Personnaly - I would drop it

Just my opinion - but like jillian mentioned how much time do you spend at the the table. Do people still do the traditional dias?
