Do you know yet about how many pages this is going to end up being? We were discussing this at the g2g, I think it was after you had left, in regards to if we were going to get it as a pdf or printed...because I'm poking around my job here, and depending on how many ultimately we'd need and how much everyone would be willing to pay for a real book copy...I might be able to hook it up. But for small quantities it's considered short run printing and I found something with 40 pages but wasn't sure if that'd even be enough.

Ali that is so great.
I am not sure of the size yet because I am still putting it together. I was roughing it out as I got recipes and roughed out it was 70 pages, but as I am working section by section and fine tuning it I have gotten it down 3 pages already and I am only on soups. So I think I can get it down a lot more, but not sure it will be 40. I am trying to get it laid out as quickly as possible so we have time to get it figured out. But I am also doing an editing job right now so I have less time then I did.
DH will be in CT when we get the 9.5 inches of snow called for and I am scared of the snowblower, so probably by the end of the week (when I can't go anywhere) I will have it roughed out, lol.

Unless you girls want me to go down to 10 font but I think that will be to small for the kitchen. If you do tell me now before I finish the whole thing and I have to reformat it.

I need to look further in to it now...the company I found isn't publishing their short run work on their website anymore, so I need to call to see if it's still available...but they offered a 60 pager too, so once again, depending on how many pieces we think we'd need and how much everyone is willing to spend, could work. Would just need like 3 weeks lead time for production and shipping.
