Here's how it works. No matter what has happened in the past you have to let the past be the past. In other words what's done is done thus it's time to forgive and forget. So first thing is to forget a wrong. Second thing is to forget it and never ever bring it up again. Third thing is to fill your mind with happy thoughts and fourth is to feel the love.
