LOL awww thank you

yeah havent been on much the last few days. I am just working extra hard to find a job, i cant take it anymore so have been spending all my time doing this without any interruptions. Had to go meet with one of my recruiters bc they had a position for me and he really wanted me to take the job but the owner doesnt want ppl who live far away bc he has had alot of ppl taking the job and then quitting less than a year later bc of the commute. Its in brooklyn and annoyed they made the decision for me whether or not I would commute. Also met with somebody else. Oh yeah and i have a closing next week so i have had to do alot of work for this too running around getting all the papers to my mortgage broker

But yeah have spent my time just sending out resumes NON-STOP lol. Have an interview tomorrow, and got a call back but the interview isn't for a few weeks.

awwww thank you so very much, i appreciate that.

I briefly did look at it, the only thing is many of the companies are looking for those with experience in the fashion industry. But I'll check it again. Ever since I changed my resume things are going alot better. I had went to one recruiter a few months ago and she changed my resume, she took my wording and simplified it with bullet points but not really explaining alot. She was a recruiter so i just took her advice figuring she knows what shes talking about but then another recruiter told me to really explain things which is how i did have it. So now I am getting call backs and interviews so hopefully real soon I will have something

yeah they know i worked in jersey, but I dont think it helped them when I had first spoke to them and they asked me what the reason for me leaving was and i said bc my commute was already 2 hours and with me moving to the island the commute is just going to be too much. BUT I did say since i commuted 2 hours and did it with no problem, that an hour-an hour and a half is not going to be a problem and infact an improvement. My recruiter had no problem with it, infact he had sent 2 other ppl to an interview and thought i was much better qualified and he thought i'd be perfect for the position. However, the account belonged to another recruiter in the office and he was the a**hole that was like NO i cant even send her for an interview even if she is qualified

maybe its a blessing in disguise

kind of lol. The closing is on my apartment and we have been doing this since the beginning of this year, i really hate the market now and since it has taken us soooo long for this closing, we had to decide not long ago that we just have to rent for a little while. One reason is bc at the time we just cant go through another process again of getting a mortgage after going through this one for almost the whole year, mentally we cant do it lol and also we dont have the time to wait for a mortgage to go through and wait for a closing. Last month dh's promotion went through and he is in charge of all jobs on the island, his company has an office in LI and he has even been moved there but everyday he has to go to jobs throughout the island and some are far so we need to move VERY soon to LI by end of november and getting a closing on buying a home by then is just not going to happen. I was against renting at first but sometimes we dont see how at times this is the best way. Right now this is the best solution for us, we need to move ASAP and by renting we can do this. At first we were going to do my apartment and a new place at the same time, but with the market the way it is, its very hard to do this. Also, we want to see first how long dh will be in the LI office. Don't know if they prefer for him to start there and then move him back to the city in lets say 2 years or so and if that is the case then no point in buying if we would have to move again that soon. But theres 2 places in LI that we loved and narrowed it down to, so hopefully we'll decide soon and then give a deposit and everything soon and then move in quickly since both places are vacant and ready to move in.

Thank you
