We flew home a few days early The 9 days we had there were great though!! I couldnt have asked for a better time (other than the ER). I love Aruba as you all know, and know I'll have to go back again to make up for the days I missed there!

Jenn, both my brother and I have acid reflux disease....it's horrible and very painful and I know exactly how you feel.
Have you tried 'the purplr pill'???? LOL
It's a wonder drug!!!!

welcome back!! i am sorry to hear about your illness during your honeymoon. how exactly did it come about, if you dont mind me asking? i just wrote a post on this on the NWR board a few days ago. I have GERD and take nexium, which helped alot. alot of the girls here gave me some good advice. i would see a doctor about it! good luck!

groovy i first had pain in my chest the night before my wedding. I took a rolaids & was fine & thought nothing of it. Then in Aruba, the pain was so severe one night I asked John to take me to the ER. They did blood work, chest xray, EKG, etc. All that was fine, we found out it was stomach (acid), I decided I wanted to fly home & see my own doctor & be in my own country. I am seeing a gastro dr. soon.
