I think I'm going to put a nice salad together and make some veggie buffalo wings to go with...DH is getting Ratatouille for us to watch tonight - i've been dying to see it! I can't wait to just curl up on the couch w/ dinner and a movie... It's SO cold out!!!

well, we just finished our giant bucket of indian food that we made several days ago, so we're cooking something new tonight....

I think it will be either meatloaf or home made chicken tenders with broccoli/cauliflower in a low fat cheddar sauce.... but frankly, I really want baked potatoes, so I might pick some up on the way home......

I have a dinner date tonight with DH's cousin's girlfriends.

DH is on his own tonight for dinner.

My Aunt and Uncle are in from Florida.. My Great Aunt passed away Tuesday morning so, we have been having home cooked meals by my sister all week.. It's been really nice to be all together again, just not under these circumstances
