DH and I are having our first holiday party and I'm looking for some ideas... We are serving a ton of finger food and then I'm goin to make a Trifle and a Tiramisu for dessert. Any other ideas festive ideas for food or especially holiday drinks?

We are having a holiday party and Im doing finger food, taco dip, and like 3 or 4 different cheeses with complimenting wines. Im also going to do some sort of wine cocktail. I think as long as there is some good food and drinks people will be happy!!!

Egg Nog is usually a hit.
I've had a few holiday parties and the fondue pot is always a hit! You can use it for bread and cheese as an appetizer and then clean it out and put chocolate in it for dessert. Cut up some fresh fruit and put out pretzels, marshmellows, pound cake, etc. they all make great dippers!

i'm making sangria, i dont think its holiday but dh loves it lol and its red!

LOL! I'm so excited to use all our serving stuff!! Its making me realize some things we still need surprisingly! I saw this cocktail recipe but I'm not sure if I'm going to do it - Its a lot of ingredients and I've never tried it before - Maybe I can find some other Cranberry drink?
1 tub CRYSTAL LIGHT Immunity Cherry Pomegranate Flavor Drink Mix 1 qt. (4 cups) water 1 cup vodka 1 cup light cranberry juice cocktail 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup orange juice ice cubes STIR drink mix and water in large pitcher until mix is dissolved. ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. STRAIN into glasses.
