Holiday party signature drink

I need some help!
I am hosting a hoiday party next week and I want to have a signature drink. I have narrowed it down to 2 so please help me decide

1. A Peppermint Martini
-3 parts vodka
-1 part pepermint schnapps
-Chilled and shaken served with a mini candy cane stirrer

2. The Grinch
-2 parts Melon Liquor (Midori)
-2 parts Simple Syrup
-Splash of fresh lemon juice
(sweet and sour mix can be substituted for the simple syrup and lemon juice, so basically a midori sour, with a fun christmas name)
-Rimmed with Red rimming sugar

I really only want to do one because I don't want to be mixing drinks all night and miss most of my party. I can make one large batch of either and serve multiple people at once.

HELP, I have to decide today....

I voted for The Grinch...I feel that it'll go better with any food you're serving.

A minty drink, when you're also eating, just reminds me of eating something right after you brush your teeth...

The Grinch!

The Peppermint sounds a little bit too heavy.

I'll take a Grinch thanks

Though the peppermint martini sounds like an awesome dessert
