i admit that don't know too much about the law or the criminal system or how it all really works when it comes down to it ...

but i don't think this b@stard kid should have been released into his parents custody.

put him in the grown up jail with the big men and see what kind of lessons he learns there!

ITA.. the kid belongs in an adult prison & his parents should be forced to pay a huge fine as well. Disgusting!!!! I hope this kid doesn't get let off easy

This is absolutely disgusting. I have to say, though, that people's outrage about things like this always amazes me when the animals we eat are treated with such cruelty and horror every day.

This happened in PA I think. Which means he will get into trouble. Juries are most unsympathetic towards people who hurt children and animals.

That fotoball guy who was doing the dog fighting got a pretty harsh sentence considering his fame level-people in general can't stand bullies and thats what people who hurt animals and kids are.
