HOLY YOGA

so i went to my first class last night and it totally kicked my A$$!!!!!!!!!!

i was a gymnast for 15 years so most of the positions we did i was very familur with... i got home around 730 and was passed out by 8

i am so sore today too! but i cant wait to do another class!! i would eventually like to do the hot yoga also!

I never did yoga, only pilates, but I loved it! I want to get into yoga, seems like it would kick my butt big time.

haha yeah... until my body gets used to it, i'm gonna stick to friday night or weekend morning classes.... i COULD NOT get up this morning for anything!!

I took some yoga classes in college and in the gym and I love how it makes you feel at the end so relaxed and refreshed yet you still feel the workout.

so glad you liked it- I am signing up for the bikram next week with a girlfriend- there is a place in carle place- not sure if that is too far for you? if not, I can send you the info & you can join us if you like

if you go on a weekend i can def join you!! carle place is a bit far for me to travel during the week night... esp since i've been doing overtime at work!

YES it is!!!

there was only one other person in the class with me and she was def more experienced and she had her eyes closed the whole time and was breathing all heavy and stuff lol

i want to be able to keep my eyes closed the whle time... but i kept having to look at the instructor to see the moves
