Boooooo I feel like crappppppp. And my nose is sooo stuffy. I used that Afrin thing and 5 minutes later it was clogged again....the box says not to use more than 2 or 3 sprays in a 12 hr period.

Zicam Spray works WONDERS for a stuffy nose...and it lasts 12 hours.. but try only to use it when you really need it because if you over-do it, you might get a slight dependency on it.. I know that sounds crazy but during one really bad allergy season I used that stuff for months because I could never breathe! When I get sick I only use it at night so I can at least sleep with a clear nose!

Use regular saline, you can use it as much as you want. Do you have a humidifier? If not I suggest a cool mist it is a lifesaver.

my students always talk about the neti pot when they are stuffy, and they say it works wonders! it looks like a mini tea kettle (odd, i know) and you basically put liquid from the pot up one nostril, and it comes out the other. i know it sounds strange, but it's supposidly amazing!
