Home Sick With A Stomach Virus

Called into work today to report sick. Stayed up all night with major stomach cramps and pain and slight cold. I'll def be heading to the city later to see a doctor. Apparently, it seems all work places are getting paranoid now with the swine flu. I was told to get the doctor's approval (note) and to notify the HR Dept to make sure I'm ok to come back to work. I guess, I can't blame them since there had already been 1 confirmed death with swine flu in Flushing Hospital last night. Be extra cautious ladies esp on the train. Wash your hands and avoid contact with anyone who sneezes, coughs, etc.

Thanks ladies!! Went to the doctor, he confirmed there was no flu. Minor stomach pain and cramps. Just something I ate that wasn't settling well.

I am home sick too. It stinks!
