Any advice? Its just an idea we're kicking around - we have a lot of time to plan, but would just love to hear from some who have done it!

I honeymooned in Italy...we spent 2 and a half weeks. We rented a car and spent time in Rome, Florence (and other areas of Tuscany) and then down to the Amalfi region. I have tons of pictures--FM if you want more info! I'd be more than happy to give you some pointers, info, advice!

My sister went to Italy on her honeymoon. They went to Florence, Venice & another island...I forget the name. They also stayed in Rome for a couple of days.

And I'm jumping in here to say I just finished planning our Italy honeymoon a couple of months ago. We are going for 10 days to Amalfi Coast, Capri & Tuscany. I cannot wait!! Let me know if you have any other questions or FM me.

We Did We Did! Loved every minute of it. Florence, Venice, San Maragarete, Portifino and a few days in London on the way back. FM me if you want any info.

We honeymooned in Italy for two weeks and it was fabulous! We took a guided tour because we didnt want to have to do any of the work or planning which was a god send considering I was all 'planned out' after the wedding.
We went to Rome, Florence, Venice, Capri and Assisi with day trips to Pisa and Switzerland and a few other places I cant remember right now.

I HMed in Italy as well. We did about two weeks on the Amalfi coast - 4 nights in Positano, 3 nights in Capri, 3 nights in Ravello, and then 2 nights in Rome. It was absolutely amazing. I would recommend it to anyone - If you have any questions, feel free to FM me
