House for Rent (perfect for newlyweds)

I know how difficult it can be trying to locate affordable housing on Long Island, so I thought I would mention that my husband and I are moving out of our rental home, we bought a house!!!
The house has a great amount of space for the price ($1,400). It is a 2 bed 1 bath, computer room off of living room, large basement and attic for storage. Living room, dining room, kitcken. Fenced backyard. It is a cute house in Lindenhurst which we put a lot of work into to clean it up and make it comfortable. All new paint, finished hardwood floors, new carpeting, wallpaper etc. Includes Dryer and has washer hook up. We mention it because it took us so long to find a place to rent and it is almost imposible to find something that feels like your own. Really is a great chance.
