There is a house for sale right down the block from us in Holbrook. Its being listed by Coldwell Banker and the MLS# is 791056. If that number doesnt work, do a search on thier website for zip code 11741 and the price is $359,900 (the only one there!!)The house is in GREAT shape!!They had an open house this weekend but I wasnt home so I do not know how many people showed up.
