we havent actually started house hunting yet....but we look online all the time and its depressing what you can get for the money. I can imagine actually house hunting would be frustrating.

yeah it is def not fun......I hated every minute of it but am so happy now that we found a place and finished most of our work

Yes its hard & sometimes can be such a let down. But when u find the one u want u are going ot be sooooo happy. Good luck & dont give up.

It is really depressing...thats why DH and I are moving in with the in-laws July 1st so we can pay off debt so we have more available for monthly mortgage and house expenses...
its going to be a long year and a half but it will be so worth it when we can afford over a hundred thousand dollars more than we can afford now

ITA its just frustraing b/c we don't make a lot of money and the area we want to stay it is out of our price range for the the amount of space we would need...

I liked to think of house hunting as a roller coaster of emotions (happy, excited, frusterated, anxious, ticked off, etc). But it is worth it in the end!

i hear ya we ended up buying a 2 bedroom coop in our courtyard that we live now bc the moola is just insane and we want our dream home not to settle plus we adore where we live our neighbors are close friends,
