all I could do is say...'I can't wait to see the video' (although I'm still waiting for it )
I kept looking through the window b/c I wanted to watch everyone walk down the aisle...
when I was walking down...all I could see was my best friends mom...and she was smiling so big...other than that its a blur

I was so calm before I walked down the aisle. I couldn't wait to go. When my dad and I got to the doors, I just had this goofy smile on my face. It was there the whole way up the aisle. I was so happy to be walking down, seeing everyone there, and then finally seeing my very soon to be husband. It was an amazing feeling.

Did anyone remember who was at the church??? I did not remember who attended until I saw the video, it was all a blur. All I kept thinking in my head was this is happening, this is really happening, he cannot change his mind, I am going to be someone's wife. My mom and I was laughing all the way there. I do not know what was so funny, but I cried when I started saying my vows.

Now, it's like a blur, but I just remember thinking that it was actually happeneing. All I remember is my dad saying not to be dissappointed that the church was kind of empty probably b/c of the rain and then they opened the doors and my church was so PACKED!!! I couldn't believe it! My dad was doing a play by play of people as we passed them, but I kept my eyes on DH the whole way down. That was a piece of advice someone told me which I'm glad I took to heart. Make sure you lock eyes with your DH it's a look you'll see in his eyes only once in your lifetime.....amazing My aisle was soooo long that I don't think I realized it until close to the end and I got a little teary at the end. :)

I definitely felt like I was dreaming - It was very surreal. It went by SO fast! I wish I had gotten to absorb the moment a bit more. The only time I was really nervous was sitting in the limo outside the church watching everyone file in. Then, once I got out of the car, I just got very, very calm. Even though it was all perfect, I wish I could do it again!

I was very nervous and excited too. I was trying so hard to not to get emotional and cry. That was my fear for so long, crying as I walked down the isle. It was a very emotional moment. Between my dad walking me down and seeing my DH waiting for me...wow!

I was not nervous 2 weeks prior, until that morning it hit me...IM GETTING MARRIED.

I think I was trying to fight how I felt. In the morning I gagged on a bagel I was so nervous (and I LOVE food). Anyway by the time I walked down the aisle I was sobbing...because I saw everyone who had been there over the course of my life...my best friend from elementary school...my fighting cancer cousin...my old boss... When I saw my husband I just kept squeezing his hand through the ceremony I couldn't believe the day was here. It was a great!

WOW! I have to say... I normally don't come to the NW board, but I am sooo glad I read this thread!!! If I wasn't at work, I'd be crying right now! Ladies, your stories are all different, yet all special in their own ways! I just hope I am cool and calm... my luck I'll get sick on my way up the aisle!!!
