Roger is not here, I do not know what to tell you, he will be home soon. We have DSL too and I left it all up to him. If you cannot wait until he comes, call the provider and ask them. sorry

Thanks Ladies I have Verizon DSL, and the laptop does have an ethernet card. I tried to put the ethernet cord in the laptap, but it does nothing. All my HM pics are on the laptop. I have 277 of them, it will take forever to put on shutterfly that way.

I just got dsl. I have a notebook. I dont have a ethernet card. But I used my usb port the same as a regular computer.

Liz do you still need help with this? My DH is a computer guru and we have my laptop hooked up to our Verizon DSL line. I can have him help you if you still need it.
