How far do you drive to work?!

When i was working i was only 10 mins from my job and i loved it! i use to have to travel to work and UGH i HATE IT!!! i feel really bad for you ladies that have a long drive or have to take the train in

My job is 36 miles away. It usually takes me 35 to 45 min to get there depending how fast I'm driving.

9 miles If there were no lights and what not I could get there in 8 mins.. It usually takes 15-20.. Gotta love sunrise hwy. I totally can't complain though

My drive into work is about 10 miles, it takes about 20-25 mins depending on traffic.

My job is under 15 miles each way, but it takes me a half hour cause it's all back roads.
The worst part is that I put about 1000 miles on my car each month driving during work hours.
That's what I hate.

I live in Deer Park.

I work in Manhasset. It's about 30-35 Minutes.

I love my commute. It's exactly 5.5 miles and all back roads, so it takes only about 10-15 minutes to get to work.

I also feel bad for those of you who have to fight the LIE or other major roads every day!

12miles so about 20min. I leave really early. I always leave about an hour before work just in case something happens or I get stuck by the train

I work only about 2 miles from home but I hit a lot of lights along the way so it's about 10 minutes. Then when I get there, there's no parking & so I'm searching on the street for a spot forever (it's all alternate-side over there) I'd rather take the bus or walk sometimes (I'd do that more if I didn't have to carry such a heavy bag)

When I lived on the island, my job was like 15 miles. To get there it took me about 25 minutes. To get home it would be anywhere from 25 -60 minutes. I hate the Southern State.

My new job is 45 minutes away and there is not too much traffic up here since I am one of the few people going away from Albany.
