How far in advance for reservations @ Polo Lounge - Westbury Manor?

Our one year anniversary is coming up and we wanted to go back to Westbury Manor for our free annniversary dinner.

How early in advance do I need to make the reservation? (I'm not from that area, so I'm not sure how popular the place is)

Thanks!
