How long after the wedding should you recieve your marriage license?

We rec'd ours the day we came home from our HM which was the same week. We live in Nassau County and know for a fact our officiant mailed it that day.

So many factors to take into consideration.

we are also in nassau county and we got our license about 3 weeks after the wedding date.

Same for us so it was at our house within two weeks of the wedding

We got ours less then 2 weeks later. I was in Suffolk. I have read NYC is taking longer.

I live in suffolk, but i filed for my license in queens. I still haven't received it yet. Should i call them?

we got our license in queens and it took about a month for us to get ours.
